Third St. TIF Expansion Proposal Information

The Marquette DDA is exploring the possibility of expanding the current Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) district to include N. Third St. properties. A Marquette City Commission work session discussing this topic will be taking place on Monday, January 31 at 4:30 p.m. in the City Commission chambers.
