Branding and Identity Resources

Beginning May 2019, the Marquette Downtown Development Authority will begin the process of implementing their new brand identity. The brand was created by Arnett, Muldrow and Associates after several trips to Downtown Marquette, numerous interviews with locals, business owners and other stakeholders, along with a community-wide survey. The branding takes into account the history of the area, the spirit of the community, and the variety of unique places within Downtown Marquette. The vibrant colors reflect the colors of the changing seasons, the local landscape, and the unique buildings within the district. It also creates a unifying theme to help bring together all of the locations and events that are managed under the umbrella of the Marquette Downtown Development Authority.
